The staff was friendly, and the room was immaculate. We enjoyed the large bathtub and the comfortable bed. the spa staff were outstanding, and the spa menu was impressive. the pool and tennis court were also great, and the location provided stunning views of the surrounding area.
The breakfast could have been better. It mainly consisted of sweets and did not consider lactose intolerant people.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the luxurious spa & wellness center, sauna, steam room, treatment room. the private facilities, including the beautiful gardens and leisure/TV room, added to the overall luxury experience. the service was exceptional, and we were treated like royalty from check-in to check-out. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were superb, providing excellent food and drink options.
they were still friendly and willing to help to the best of their ability.

We loved the spacious and well-maintained room with a luxurious bathtub. The SPA personnel were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. There were lots of activities to enjoy, such as the pool and tennis court. The menu at the SPA impressed us as well.

The room was definitely the best part of my New Year's experience. It was very clean and the bathtub was big enough to fit two people. the SPA staff was amazing and the treatments were a highlight of my stay. the pool and tennis court were also quite good.
The breakfast was very disappointing and lacked options for those who are lactose intolerant. the language barrier made communication with the staff difficult at times.

The room was really well-kept and had a luxurious feel to it. The bathtub was really big and great for relaxing after a long day out exploring. The staff at the spa were amazing and the spa menu had an impressive variety of treatments. the pool was a great way to cool off on a hot day and the tennis court was a fun way to stay active.
The communication with staff was sometimes challenging due to their limited grasp of English. the breakfast was a disappointment for a high-end hotel, lacking consideration for lactose intolerant diners and consisting mainly of sweets.
